      Whenever Carolina alliance switched over to Park National, I was a little worried. I didn't think that we would get the customer service nor the hometown feel of a small Bank. I was wrong, nothing has changed for the most part. There are some things that take a little longer but they make up for it in other ways.

      I love Carolina Alliance. I have been with them for years. Great customer service, they really take care of their clients. But... Their main location in Spartanburg does NOT have an ATM. How is that possible?? I would have given them 5 stars, but no ATM is very disappointing 😢
