After having a car loan through then I will never use them again. They have made trade our vehicle in so incredibly difficult. I would rather have a higher interest rate than work with them again. Not interested in being contacted and this is the correct bank.

They were very DISRESPECTFUL. she told me it was park bank & sent my check back. she didn’t say sorry or tell me why she couldn’t cash it. she was very rude !!!

I believe his name is Darek, he was extremely snotty. My mother is in her 60's and this was my first time coming in to help her. The whole time he didn't ask us what we needed and couldn't wait to get rid of us. It was an awful experience.
