  Coming from a huge chain bank where it takes days to get a response for most questions or concerns, it's refreshing to deal with Park and their expedient service. Hope to move all of our accounts there very soon! Definitely recommend them for any and all financial needs!

  VERY Disappointed in this Branch. The front ATM break down while making a cash deposit. I have asked several times for help in this matter. Nothing has been done to correct the problem. I've made 3 special trips to find out nothing. (SEVERAL CAMERA'S), clearly show me making a cash deposit. I'm being treated like, if I'm out of sight out of mind. The 1st answer I received was I'll look into it. Next week I show up to get my an explanation. Front desk employee, (he said). I'll have her call you. I waited another whole week. Nothing, not a call, not a letter, and not any email. I filed the paperwork inside the bank over a month ago. This is unacceptable... Put yourself in my shoes, PLEASE. I've tried to ask for help in this matter several times. Now, all I can hope for is the bank owner reads this. Hopefully, decides to personally give me a call.

  They changed their mind and I was granted a new loan . My care is undrivable now and I was helped. I do owe $400 more to American First thanks to no help the first time.

  The inside is very clean and relaxing. The employee's are extremely sweet! They seem like they actually care about helping you! Even my 9 month old was at ease.
