      I’ve had a much more positive experience since I started using drive through. I don’t even have a car. I just walk up. Only encountered one overly officious person.

      I just moved into this neighborhood and wanted to have my bank close to the house. I made a huge mistake. I would rather drive across town then bank with Fifth Third. I can not believe how this bank keeps customers. They treated me like I was expendable and didn't need or want my business.
