  With the rates being as low as they are right now, I considered refinancing. I talked with Matthew Holbrook at Transcend Credit Union (after being recommended from a friend) and he was so unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly and just really wanted to make sure you understood the entire process from start to finish. In addition to that, no one could touch their low rates and no closing cost promotion! I couldn't be happier with how the process went. Highly recommend Matthew at Transcend!

  Had a great experience with Transcend Credit union when refinancing our house. Aliani took care of us and answered all of our questions. They offered great rates and had a promotion of no closing costs at a slightly higher rate. I ran the numbers and saw we came out slightly ahead to do the no closing costs option so we went that route. Aliani took care of throughout the process and it went very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Transcend Credit Union.

  I have never had a more pleasant and friendly experience than I did with my recent home purchase. Matthew Holbrook was my lending officer and answered every single question I ever had and in a super timely fashion, while the rest of the staff was efficient with documentation and explaining what I needed for each step of the way.   We Just refinance our mortgage with Transcend Credit Union. It was a great experience from the start, Aliani Viva Hernandez was our Mortgage officer, She was super helpful and everything was as it was advertised in their web page. Low APR 2.5% and no closing cost. Most of the process took place on line, by email and through the phone, super safe way to do business during this time of COV19. I Highly recommend it.

  I am very glad that we decided to use Transcend CU as our mortgage lender. I can only say good things about the service provided by Ali Viva Hernandez. She was very knowledgeable and flexible to work with. Most important is that she attended the closing and was there to answer questions. Based on this experience I recommend Transcend CU.
