Demola Busari1This is not the type of people you want to have your first home buying experience with. In the beginning, Charles Jackson was nice and gained our commitment with his fake niceness. There is lack of credibility in what they do. One particular example, they asked of my credit card for a charge of for condo package and ended up being charged $71 more than they said they would. You can imagine feeling terrible on the closing day of your first home buying and still considering cancellation even after all the tedious process you have been through. If you don’t finally close with them, you would loose a lot of money. You pay for all these charges from your pocket from not knowing whether you get the loan or not in the end which is not true across board. Charles Jackson treated us like he is buying the home for us with his money. He feels like he is doing us a favor with our 10% down payment. He would never respond to text or answer any question or concerns regarding the process. He won’t do nothing on our files unless I email or text him. No updates, no heads up as per what is next in the process or what you shouldn’t be doing that may affect your chances of getting the loan. They are disorganized and no details on closing locations, time or final figure to bring to closing on the night before our closing date until I spoke to our agent who then reached out to them before eventually provided the information. They were never going to put the name we wanted on our title, we had to do the signing twice, wasted our time and guess who never showed up for closing? Our Loan Officer Charles who knew how badly he treated us to not wanted to see our faces. Please do your research before you begin this process, you have to go through this journey with someone that has your interest because it is very confusing if you never had that experience or know the right person to work with. By the way, we had a great agent (Jaime Navarro), he is awesome.

Ramiro Ferreira1Would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere. Wish google would allow me to leave a negative star. Not so much for PRMG but for Charles Jackson. Long story short I was already pre approved with another company. I met charles and he mentioned that he would be able to get me a bigger loan and promised to get me a lower interest rate. I started doing some investigation and actually know people that had hired Charles as their lender and they also determined that he was not trust worthy and would feed you lies just to get you to sign on the Dotted X. I am just glad that I was able to avoid doing further business with this man. Charles Jackson needs to be Fired or Prosecuted!!!

Nohelia Cruz Alcocer1Run away from this place, it was the worst experience of my life, they were irresponsible, liars and never communicated and never answered emails. They took too long to process the loan when they said that by a certain date it would be ready and it was a lie. I gave them everything they asked for but they could never close because they asked for new information that they never asked for. Lawyer, realtor and I had to always be calling to find out what was happening and they never gave complete information, everything was a mystery, we never knew what process they were in or what they needed. I spent a lot of money unnecessarily because they always gave me wrong information.

Miriam Lozada5I was shopping around for Morgage Lenders to refinance my condominium and My mom recomended PRMG. I looked them up on the internet and was sold on reaching out to the Mundelein's branch. After speaking with Fannie Loyola, about recent changes on my income, I saw how through skills and knowledge, she opened new doors that led to the possibility of an even better deal I had hoped for. The team's bilingual customer service was simultaneosly proactive and experienced. They were diligent but also patient on instructing me how to use technology to speed up the loan process. The result i got, was a new PRMG loan with lower terms and lower interest rate and a very happy, happy, me. Thank you Fannie and Annabella.

Llicel Martinez1Honestly, very un-professional location. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their was a HUGE mistake made in our closing paperwork with homeowners insurances, We stated to the PRMG group that me and my family would find our own personal insurance and they enrolled us in their choice of insurance with out asking us or verifying. When the mistake was noticed and mentioned to PRMG team they said they'd called me back on how to fix it, the response given was that I had to call and fix it but no phone number was provided on where to call to fix it. Me and my family have left SEVERAL voicemails with the manager and weave never received a call back. They have refused to fix the mistake they made and request we fix the mistake without any proper guidance on where to call or who to call to fix this. Me and my family are currently stuck with homeowners insurance we did not want to begin with.
