Jayababu Nimmagadda5We were looking at so many options for our refinance - 15 year vs. 30 year, combining two mortgages into one. We tried working with our bank, but became very frustrated at their inflexibility. Satish Vellamki gave us the pros and cons of every option we discussed, and was always open to running multiple scenarios for us. Satish found the right financing plan for our needs, and successfully guided us through every step of the way. We would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that we received during the entire refinancing process. Satish went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and that everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. We have and will continue to recommend him in the future.

Pasang Dolma5I worked with Rajendra Adhikari, it was my first time working with him but it’s not my first purchase. He is a very kind man, very hard working and very patient. I am weak in English but he still listen to what I had to say and was very patient with me. He made sure I got what I needed and was very dedicated to my cause. I am very grateful to him. Krishna Pokharel1Worst lending experience. I emailed Raj every week to get information & each time he responded it was good. But when I called him a few days before the closing date that he used to say, he didn't respond for 4 days. I had to contact the other person to get his response, but he was responsive before I canceled my loan with another lender. He didn't provide the credit what he agreed to. It was very stressful & embarrassing though he offered a good rate. I definitely do NOT refer my friends to him.

Tiffany Ford1Worst transaction in years. The Buyers loan was delayed over small things that should never be an issue. I called every week to check on the loan and it was always “ looks good” until the Tuesday before our scheduled Friday closing. Then the Buyer’s agent tells me we’re delayed and Raj drops off the planet. Won’t answer emails, calls or text messages. Tells me there is a delay but won’t tell me why. Eventually I learned there were steps in his process that just were not done, and given our 30 day contract to close, there is no reason they could not have closed on time. They said they were “backed up” because it was the end of the month, but it wasn’t the 3 weeks prior that they had to work on the contract. It was a needlessly stressful situation for my Sellers and embarrassing situation for the Buyers and their Agent.

usha shstha5I just want to start off by saying that Mr. Rajendra and his team were the only hope for me during this Covid pandemic. They tried their best and made it possible for me to refinance!!! Mr. Rajendra, I want to thank you with all my heart for giving me ideas of what I could do and what’s easier for me. It took some time but it was all worth it. I would love to work with you guys again and I also have a bunch of my friends that I can’t wait to refer. Mr. Rajendra keeps his words which is the must!
