  We worked with Cyndi Delcid to buy our home. She is thorough and carefully considered the best steps for us to take, to navigate buying our home with the VA loan. The VA’s appraisal originally fell lower than we were needing. We were stressed! Cyndi worked tirelessly to submit the comps from the area and draft the letter that we needed to get it raised to a better evaluation! She never hesitated to answer any and every question I had and was a great person to have in our corner. Knowledgeable and compassionate. I can’t say enough good things. I will recommend her to everyone I know trying to buy a home. Thank you again Cyndi!!

  Cyndi was awesome. Was not an easy deal but we started with answering some questions in May. June we had a chance maybe……. Couple weeks in and boom we have our dream house!!! She kept me informed every step of the way and even when we hit a few snags she was there to let us know what was happening.

  We just closed on a house today, and couldn't have done it without Cyndi Delcid with Paradise Mortgage. Cyndi was always on top of everything that we needed and knew what she was doing.   Took us (my wife and I) through the process, answered all of our questions, provided us with the paperwork that we needed to fill out, and explain to my wife and I what we were reading. The total process was about a month and a week for closing, which we were told is very unusual. We are happy with the results. God bless, and we certainly will recommended you to family and friends.

  One star is generous. It was mistake after mistake with these guys. We used Michelle for our first home purchase and it went smoothly so we attempted to use them again. We had the wrong COE pulled-- took over a month and half to find out how much entitlement we had. Were told we weren't approved when the loan officer was "reading the wrong line" and we actually were approved. I'd ask questions and I was told "look at the disclosures". Listen, I'm not a mortgage expert, the reason I asked the questions is because they are supposed to be. In the end, it was far too risky to use them for fear that they were missing something and it'd be time to close and we'd have wasted all that time. If you got their info from VettedVA, make note- they are no longer with VettedVA.

  Cyndi Delcid was wonderful! After working with another company who dragged us along for months we found Paradise and Cyndi was great from the beginning. She helped move things along and we were able to close after a few months.

  The Best there is to work with. Very professional and Aimee the team loan coordinator OMG y’all are the best. The phone calls text messages and emails were remarkable. They didn’t miss a beat. And they were determined to get us approved. Reach out to Michelle at night and she went to work the next morning as promised. Thank you for all that you do!
