  Pam Miehle of First American Bank is an amazing agent! We had a wonderful experience working with her on our home refinance and the purchase of a new property. She made the process very easy for us. She was always on top of what was happening, knew the names of everyone involved on our side, was very timely with her written and verbal responses and was always looking out for our benefit. She walked us through all of the steps and made sure that we understood everything. She gave us options and talked them over with us as much as we needed before we took the next step. I highly recommend working with Pam because she puts the client first and dedicates her time to the job at hand. If we are in need of these services again I will definitely go to Pam first!
