  My wife and I worked with Aiman and could not have been happier with the experience. I'm afraid that we were "those clients". The ones that call on a daily basis to find out what mortgage rates did over night. If we were, Aiman never let on. He was responsive, informative, always available, and made the process of securing our new home completely painless (for us at least). After being rung through mortgage market with other firms, to say that our experience with Inlanta was refreshing would be an understatement. Thank you again, Aiman and the Inlanta staff.

  Overall, my wife's and my experience working with Aiman on our home loan was positive. He was responsive when we had questions, and he was careful not to over-promise. We also had to close on a relatively tight schedule. The only nit pick was the barrage of documents needed (daily?) during the weeks leafing up to closing... I'm not sure if any of this was in his control, but more advanced warning would have been helpful. We would definitely consider working with Aiman again in the future.

  I really could give this 0* if I could. Went through the whole mortgage process with them, the pre-approval was false as they didn't TRULY run our incomes. Then we apply through another company and come to find out we didn't even qualify for the type of loan that they 'pre-approved' us for. And their poor book keeping handling- they lost our paperwork 3 times and I had to spend so much time re-sending things 2, 3 and 4 times! I will never recommend these mortgage brokers to anyone. Buyers (especially first time buyers) BEWARE!

  From the beginning until the closing, everything happened as I was told. There were no surprises, no numbers changed and the process was seamless and stress-free.
