  I am a local real estate agent and I partner with Jodie and her team at Pacific Rim Mortgage on almost all of my business. This time it was my wife and I buying and her team crushed it for us. When I look back my last several transactions, 4 (or more) out of 10 buyers were accepted in part because Jodie was on our side. That's 40% of my accepted offers! You don't get that with most names. I don't see why anyone wouldn't want the best rates, service, and chance of getting accepted :) Mahalo Pac Rim!

  We had used Pac Rim for our original mortgage 2 years earlier, and when interest rates went down we did our refinance thru them bc of the comfort we originally experienced... it was very fast and efficient and we end up lowering our payment by more than we expected!! I highly recommend them...

  We were moving from Japan to Hawaii and put an offer on a house while still in Japan. Pac Rim Mortgage was so wonderful and such a blessing to us. They were patient with us and had excellent communication. This was our 3rd house purchase and by far the smoothest, despite being overseas. Without them we would never have been able to close on a house so quickly and have a place to move into right away! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!
