  This 5-star review is for Diana and Angela in the Pearlridge branch who have helped me with my banking needs while I'm overseas. Much mahalos to them as they communicated and worked with me throughout the process. I greatly appreciate their service and they should be commended. 🤙

  Carlos helped me today...he was friendly...so this 1 star is on the bank and management. I come here every month to pay our water bill and every month I do split payments... today I go in to do my normal payment and only to be told that they normally don't do split payments 🤔 (hmmm...when did that happen) ... so I let Carlos know that I come every month and do the same thing every month so I know that they do it...he looked shocked and then he said he has to look it up to figure out how to do it...I asked if there was anyone that could help him....he told me to give him a second while he looks it up 🙄 ( hmmm how many seconds does it take to look it up... cause you been messing with your computer for a few minutes now)...by this time I'm getting annoyed because everyone that was behind me and came in after I had been standing in front of Carlos counter...had already been helped and had left 😠....the management here needs to train their employees better...so your customers are not getting frustrated and being told things that they know are incorrect.

  BAD BAD BAD ! They only cater to a certain group of clients. They are only nice to selected group of people. They over charge me wrongfully charge me $35. They don't send me my monthly statements and BLOCK me from getting it on-line. They block my password and user ID. They won't let me sign up for a new user ID account. They are bossy and rude to me. They make demands that they know are impossible to fulfill. They lie to me all the time. The world should know. Thanks to google.

  Don’t trust what they tell you or communicate to you via their online messaging service. I’ve never had this happen with any other bank, but they’ve misled or lied to me a couple times involving waiving fees or extending payment deadlines. The lies seem small but can negatively effect your credit score. The second star is because the building is nice, and they do have some good products.

  Tried since 4/13/20 to speak to bank re safety deposit box. I did not have a mask to enter bank. I am a handicap person. I wasn't sure if the branch at Pearl Ridge was open. I called on 4/15/20 several times to no avail/no one answered. Found out today my checking acct ws overdrawn. Still cannot speak to a live person.

  I was asked rude and intrusive questions regarding my address change. You do not inquire or infringe on peoples right to privacy regarding their residency, just unprofessional and rude plus super slow service.

  The bank location is a 10.. Heali was great.. But the banks system ....... THIS OVER ALL BANK OVER THE PHONE 800# CARD SERVICES. Not HELPFUL
