  It is nice to go to a place of business that remembers who you are. We are greeted by name, even before we reach the tellers. Everyone usually has s smile on their faces, the place is clean and tidy. WE have been dealing with this bank for a few years now, since they took over. Lisa always has a smile and pleasant attitude. Penny, the new manager, is great at remembering names and greeting with a smile also. We pray that these will continue to work here as we appreciate all they do for us.

  The staff is always helpful. It's a small bank and there can be a bit of a wait sometimes. Accessibility: this location is fully accessable for wheelchairs.

  This is a great bank. I am always greeted by name before I even walk up to the counter. The ladies are always ready and willing to help with anything that I may need. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a change.

  I have several accounts with Pacific Premier Bank in their 29 Palms branch , both business and personal. They are always professional and efficient yet have that 'hometown' feel with a personal touch.

  I personally love the Bank the girls are awesome I go in there every week to deposit my husband’s check whether or not I have his card that’s super sweet to me they do their best to help they always are smiling and there quick and friendly at their job I would not change my bank for nobody in the world everybody should give it a try a Pacific Premier they’re awesome

  How can you not exchange lower bills for bigger bills just because you don’t have an account there? Makes no sense. It’s money for money!! I bank with BoA which is over a hour away from us now. I’m not trying to deposit or trade 100s of lower bills so I don’t see the issue. I would of simply opened a new account with them if the customer service was there, not just a “no” and walk away.
