      Nice people generally. Do not support telephones. Well, technically they do but per actual experience? Perhaps their automated system is only accidentally irritating. Perhaps it makes them more profitable. Does not make getting questions answered more effective. One suspects that the owners and managers do not use this sytem.

      Open on time please. Five employees showing up 20 minutes late seems like a morale problem and not a coincidence. Expect a long wait when they do open. They also stole an 26k international wire from me and never apologized when I traced to their own personal bank account.

      I've gotta say....this is the best bank I have ever had! Always treated with a smile , barely ever any wait ,and no sneaky fees.... a beautiful interior as well. What more could you ask?!

      I have been banking with Montecito Bank & Trust for 39 years. The entire experience of banking with Montecito Bank & Trust has changed over the years. Because of the poor service I have had and the high fees and interest rates I have left Montecito Bank & Trust.
