  Working with Paul and Lynn made the my IRRRL refi about as smooth as I could possibly imagine it. From start to finish, we were done in barely 2 weeks. Through the process I really felt that they gave a personal level of care and dedication to my loan process, and there wasn't a single question they weren't ready to fully and promptly address. Out of all of the lenders we shopped with, PMC gave us the lowest rate, most lender credits, and overall service hands down.   I have only good things to say about my experience with Pacific Mountain Capital LLC. I specifically praise my loan officer Mike Berg. In truth, I didn't expect to ever get refinanced at all since I had only purchased my new home only a few short months prior. Mike encourged me to give him a chance and boy oh boy, I was unexpectedly surprised to hear that even only after making three payments on my original mortgage, he could indeed lower my interest rate and subsequently lower my payments! I was shocked to hear that my monthly payments would be reduced by over $200 dollars per month! The process was simple, free of exhaustive and stressful paperwork. I recommend Mike Berg and Pacific Mountain Capital LLC to anyone looking to refinance, purchase, or borrow for any real estate needs.

  Company does not honor requests to not mail solicitations. I've been hung up on (multiple times) while trying to record their "guarantee" that they only mail people once. Without a list, how do you know the next time that you've already mailed before? You don't. ...and stop trying to blame your (undisclosed) third-party mailing service. Account up to your issues, and resolve them yourself!

  Response from the owner

  This person called a dozen times to complain about getting a mailer. Each time he called we informed him that he was removed from any future mailers. That didn't seem to satisfy him, not sure what response he was looking for. On his last call he told us he was going "on line" to "ruin our reputation". Probably easier for him had he just tossed the mailer in the garbage to begin with.

  I worked with Jeri Groves on my refi. She was wonderful. She went out of her way to take the stress out of the process. She notified me ahead of time about things that went along with the process. She explained things in layman's terms that made everything much easier. I highly recommend using her for your refinancing needs.
