  I've been through the mortgage process a few times and I must say this was the easiest and quickest mortgage I've ever done. Pacific Horizon Lending, Noe and Darren specifically, was able to close my loan in 3 weeks. Their industry knowledge is remarkable while their customer service made the entire experience stress free and comfortable.   I was fortunate enough to get referred to Pacific Horizon Lending by my sister in law. She raved about how great Noe was so I was instantly sold. From day one they listened to everything I wanted... from what I could afford up front all the way to what I was able to comfortable afford via monthly payments. I’m amazed at how close to perfect they were able to provide me with. Noe and Darren was very responsive, professional and extremely organized. They treated me like family and held my hand from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, there is no way I could’ve done it without them. Definitely recommend on giving them a try! You wouldn’t be disappointed.

  I feel very fortunate to have found Noe and Pacific Horizon Lending! She and Darren are a great team. Always very responsive and on top of things. From the first contact to the final settlement, nothing but professional. My refinance was fast and easy. Highly recommend Noe!

  Noe and Darren of Pacific Horizon Lending are amazing. Very professional and friendly, questions were always answered promptly (Noe has a wonderful way of explaining things, I felt like she was my personal educator), updates were given frequently through phone calls, and closing was lightning quick. Thank you Noe and Darren for making my refinancing such a smooth, fast, and easy experience. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family!

  Refinanced my house through Noe Yoshino, and it was one of the easiest and pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. Noe went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a good decision, and she was in constant communication with us throughout the process. If we had questions, she would answer them very swiftly, and was always available.   Noe at Pacific Horizon Lending was very easy to work with during my refinancing process. She was very professional, informative, & responsive (text, call, & email). The overall process was smooth, & the only hang up was that it took a little bit longer than anticipated (maybe due to the influx of refi/mortgage applications caused by the low interest rates, and/or the pandemic). I would definitely recommend her & look to go with her/Pacific Horizon Lending again in the future.

  After shopping around for months with different lenders that were giving me the run around in my search to refinance, I finally found Noe Yoshino at Pacific Horizon & moved forward with the refinance. Noe was always straightforward & on it. She answered all of my questions and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process.
