  Steven and his team went above and beyond to refinance my mortgage. I had a refinance in progress through another bank who was asking extremely high closing costs and I reached out to PHL for a 2nd opinion. Steven and team were certain they could not only beat the offer rate but also decrease those closing costs. You can speak with them easily on the phone and they keep you very up to date at every step along the way. I have recommended them to all my friends and will not finance another mortgage through any one else!

  Steven & his team have helped several of our clients & friends with loans in the past. We have always enjoyed working with them and chose to have them take care of our personal home loan as well. Steven is very creative in choosing specific loan programs and helping find the best solution for the type of loan that will work for you. Two years later we chose to use them again to re-finance. Steven was able to get us a great rate. He is very thorough and has a team that follows up to answer any questions that you may have and walk you thru the process.   My wife and I were referred to Pacific Home Loans by our realtor. He suggested that a local company would be a better choice to handle the lending needs on Maui, and that was certainly the case in our home purchase. In fact, Steven said our loan was one of the most difficult he had ever encountered. I can’t imagine anyone else being able to accomplish what Steven and Janelle were able to do. Their professionalism, excellent communication, relationships within the industry, and determination to get it done were the keys to making for a successful loan process.   Steven and his team were exceptional in their communication and service from when I first inquired about a loan to the day I recorded. They walked me through what to expect each step of the way. I know how busy they are, but they truly made me feel like I was the only client they were servicing. I am a real estate agent and this loan was for my personal purchase.   Steven and Janelle were awesome to work with. They were on top of it. Answered all my questions quickly and took the time to explain everything as I had no idea how this buying a house process worked. Highly recommend them. Steven was able to get us a much lower rate then the other bank we were dealing with and did it without adding a bunch of points like the other lender was trying to do. He actually blew the other bank out the water. I would 100% go through these guys again!
