  Edna was extremely helpful, kind and patient! She helped me figure out some frustrating issues I've been having with the BOH app.. She made my day! ..Keep up the great work and amazing customer service!! I'll definitely be referring people to BOH, They seem to know how to treat their customers right! :))

  I love this bank! Every teller, Bianca, and even Kan? the doorman treats me like family. I so appreciate their professional attitudes and help. Thank you for a truly wonderful staff and know I appreciate you!

  I stopped in at opening (understanding that it’s senior citizens hour) and the security guard at the door stopped me. There were two men at the teller. One of the men was definitely a senior citizen, but the other man was younger than I was. There was an open teller at the time. I was there for 2rolls of quarters, and the security guard wouldn’t even listen to me. Totally shafted 😢. Very disappointing when we put our trust in establishments like this and you can’t even get the service you need. Definitely going to take my business to another bank

  Says open at 9 but when I get here she tells me its kupuna hrs and opens at 10. I get that and its totally understandable but they need to update site. It's not even busy rn. I seen so much customers get turned away and hear them saying site says opens at 9.... First hawaiian bank never gives me this problem even wen I go during kupuna hrs...

  I wish I can put 10 star. The teller help a lot most especially EDNA She help us to open our account together with my husband. Edna is very professional she’s really nice and friendly.

  Don't care for this bank branch. Very modern and impersonal. Has a robotic and cold feeling. Hawaii banks are not mainland, big corporations and they should not feign being so. Poor attempt at being modern here.

  Got here at 8:30 am...staff says Kapuna only which is cool.. But not on the website...great way to waste time on a Monday morning...
