  Been a customer for over a year deposited tens of thousands of dollars in my account and everytime I go in here they are the rudest people I have ever met. I would advice anyone to stay clear of this bank. Nothing but problems since I've opened my account with them over a year ago. I'm in the process of going to ON Point Community Credit Union. At least over there they know how to treat their customers with some respect.

  I have been a member for several years and have had nothing but the best experience. PFCU has been there when we've needed their services, turn around time is impeccable, they are professional, kind and most of the staff know us by name.

  They all are rude, crude and socially un acceptable. It was not because someone was having a bad day. It is highly unlikely three people in the same office are on thier rag. But the manager and tellers were this particular day. They were that rude.

  Tried to make a deposit using shared branching and they wouldn’t let me do it because I wasn’t on the account. They were useless and unhelpful.
