      During the course of paying the loan on my truck I never once received a payment receipt. Recently I paid off my loan after talking to someone who never once mentioned any delinquency in my account. 2 weeks after paying my loan off, they reported the account delinquent to the credit reporting agencies. When I called, I was told the delinquency was some time ago, but they could not notify me, due to legal reasons. Their website portal where I paid my bill every month never showed me as behind on any payments and nobody ever contacted me. So now they screwed my credit report on a paid loan. I would never do business with them again, nor recommend anyone to do business here.

      Recently I needed to do banking for my non profit account. Dustin at the Walmart branch was so patient and was able to take care of the complex transactions with ease. He treats people like family. I look forward for him to do all my transactions

      Don't even bother to call them about anything. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes, while the robot cheerfully tells me that they appreciate my patience. CLICK! cocomes back on to tell me that x tea kraft bequeath

      Rikki Carlton was amazing with my recent auto loan! She worked with both me and my co-signer and answered any and all questions we had. I work a lot and she was willing to exchange many, many emails with me when I know a phone call would have been more convenient for her. Everything was done electronically (practicing social distancing) which was very much appreciated. I cannot thank her enough. And now I have a great new car! I’ve always been impressed with the wonderful customer service of P1FCU and the care that went into this detailed, time consuming process only solidified my appreciation for this company.

      We started by banking with P1FCU when we moved to Lewiston in January, 2018 because we could see how much P1FCU supports the surrounding community - their name is on nearly every scoreboard in town. We decided to refinance our vehicles so after a good experience with their banking, especially after finding their rates which were the lowest in town. The only thing better than the rates was how easy and fast the application and underwriting process was. When the mortgage rates dropped really low, we reached out to multiple companies in the valley. All of them with higher rates and all of them were complicated in how they went about earning our business. P1FCU gave us a better rate than what they showed online, they gave us an appraisal waiver which saved us out of pocket money, and the process was so quick and easy. Finally, we wanted to buy a boat during the pandemic since there were not a lot of other activities to do as a family. P1FCU refinanced our cars and rolled the cost of boat into the loan without increasing a dime in our payment - it was almost a magic trick how effective and efficient every process has been. I have never seen a bank with so much to offer its members and yet they give so much back to the community.

      Had a few problems 1. Closing our Checking account without permission or notification near loss of home as well as wife's paychecks nearly being delayed for up to a month. Not entirely disappointed but looking into other banking options.

      Absolutely worst communication, coordination, and service I've received from any financial institution. I've had an open loan account with them for the last two years and it has truly been nothing but a hassle. I have tried removing an auto bill pay status for the last 3 months in preparation to pay off the outstanding balance of the entire loan, however they have failed to process the request (hard copy form) on 3 separate occasions making it difficult to issue an accurate check to them. I will be closing all accounts with this FCU and do business elsewhere. Complete let down.

      They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.

      Credit union has always been great to us. Very friendly staff and as far as loans go I wouldn't go through any one else. Always a great experience with the financing department. Member for 20+ years!!
