  Very overpriced on a lot of items, not ALL, but a lot. 3 different times I compared the price of the USED items against the price to buy it new online and Ozark was charging a hundred dollars more than the new price for these obviously used items.

  Thanks for your personal review. Ours like every single store in America will have items priced the same or higher or cheaper than other places. Small family run businesses can not compete with online pricing. The difference is get it now or later. And it’s a choice to buy it or not. We see it everywhere we go. But that does not deserve a 1 star review. We do a lot to help people on the daily. If We gave every store a review just based on how they price their products that would be a waste of time! But thanks anyhow;)

  Always a pleasure to do business with ozarcks never had any problems and they have great customer service. I have been doing business with them for almost 3 years never 1 problem.... I think a lot of you are a bunch of newborns and need to grow up! Always kind and respectful..... Especially the lady😉✌🏽

  They love to low ball you I had a $800 ring they tryed to offer me only $120 so they can turn around and sell it for the full $800

  Not sure your giving the right place such a poor review. We have not even had a ring presented to give an offer on. We are a pawn shop who’s sole purpose is to loan people an amount so that they can get their item back. We are not here to give you retail for what you paid for an item. Gold goes by weight. Not the 300% marked up price you paid for it. If you want 800$ for it then you go sell it to somebody who will pay that. Not sure why you don’t give the business who charged you that much for it in the first place. But no we’re the bad guys cuz we just plain won’t give you what you want for it. smdh ;(

  Do not sell your precious metals here. They will offer absolutely ludicrous rates on your gold and silver. They offered 25 CENTS per troy ounce of silver and 25 CENTS per gram of gold. THATS RIGHT CENTS NOT DOLLARS. Spread the word so your friends and family don't get absolutely ripped off. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD THING FOR REPUTABLE SHOPS TO DO. Stay safe and don't fall for this scam they are running.

  They could have been respectful, but the sales person was rude. I hope you enjoy a loss of loyal customers! I don't see how anyone could go here when they only take NEW items. It's a pawn shop, get used to taking used but fully working and good items. Heck, most good things are old! Especially items that still have a sticker on them from being pawned before. I guess what's good for one pawnshop is bad for another eh?

  terrible place rip you off owner Rudy is a joke did business here for a while then things went downhill got harassing phone calls acting like the police telling me he's going to have cops plant drugs on me have me arrested. I suggest taking business elsewhere I have all the voicemails and text to prove he was threatening me. Use to do business here almost once a week offered to even come to the shop and work off my debt owed for pawning things but he denied. Very childish acting like an officer and saying he was going to have me set up and thrown in jail because of a loan this is how they treated a long time loyal customer not only did i do business with them my whole family has and the people I've recommended. I once was a great customer and considered everyone in the pawn shop family but the employees along with the owner and his dad have a very dark secrets and are no better then you and I. I hope things change for the better for you and your family.

  I bought an all in one computer from here last Wednesday just to have it in the repair shop Thursday because the hard drive is bad. They told me i couldn't get a refund and that electronics go bad smh. I will never deal with them again EVER. they knew i needed it for school too when i bought it so now im delayed on homework and putting more money into something that should have lasted more than a day. Also the manager hung up on me.
