  They have terrific service! Paige welcomed me as soon as I walked in and helped me right away. She was able to help me throughout the entire process of applying for a loan fairly quickly. I have gladly returned to them whenever I needed to.

  CommunityWide has been my bank for almost 25 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Andi, Yolanda, Abbi, Angela and all the other tellers at this location are wonderful. I have never had a problem with any of them. There has never been an issue with my account or any errors. I am always treated well and I cannot speak highly enough about this location and the wonderful people who work there.

  Best place in town for your banking needs! Full service credit union that has the most friendly staff I've encountered. Every time i come in they know me by name and have my account pulled. Super fast and friendly service all around!

  Always a sweet quick business transaction. The crew on Lincolnway east are always willing to help us. They know us whether we walk in or drive up. The crew on Western ave. are cool too. Both have been able to help with account suggestions, loans, and a word of encouragement to make the day more pleasing. Conveniently located as well.

  Have been very please with my car loan through them until it came to a few disputed charges of double payments within the same month. My own bank ended up helping more then this union. Was not pleased with the service and charges that were made within the first few months of my loan.

  Had the opportunity to speak with Angel, she was kind, courteous, quick to answer my questions and point out potential solutions. Her tone and attitude were fantastic, it was a phone call. Very helpful. I appreciate the customer service that is always provided when I call regarding my account.

  Abby Hornberger is an awesome loan agent! She really knows her stuff. She helped my husband and I with a motorcycle loan that came from another state, she helped my daughter with her very first auto loan, we always go to her with all our loan needs. If you need a loan for anything I strongly recommend Abby!!

  They have been quite rude lately when contacting them about issues with my account. Some of the women there sound as if they are annoyed when asked questions. One person says one thing, then I’ll call and ask someone else, and get a different answer. I like banking here, but I’m thinking of changing because of the poor attitude by some of the staff at the Lincoln way location and the Ireland location.
