  I want to say this is a great company to get a mortgage or refinance. I personally dealt with Christine and she was the absolute best. She was very patient with me and had the willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend and thank you again Chrstine for all your help! You rock!!!

  I loved working with this company and Christine previously- they were the best-I wanted to go back to refinance. However they have changed so much and Suzann is so rude, unpleasant, does not want to be bothered. I will take my business and time else where!

  I had the best experience working with Christine. My loan was processed in a timely manner. The communication between the Loan officer, my attorney and agent was seamless! I am so grateful to have had such a great experience especially because other banks were not efficient. I closed on my house within 45 days of processing. I highly recommend Owners Choice funding to everyone. My loan rates is competitive to other banks. Thank you for a great experience.

  The ENTIRE staff was absolutely fantastic and amazing. I would recommend Owners Choice to anyone and everyone!!! Christine was beyond great!! And Pauline was fantastic!!

  Starting to wonder if the refi with them was a huge mistake. Today is the 5th of the month. I have still yet to recieve my statement for a payment that was due on the 1st. This is two months in a row. They keep blaming the post office, and telling me to pay it online. Sent a payment two weeks before it was due, only to have it applied three weeks later. Had to call and have late fee removed. 15 plus years with previous mortgage company, never had an issue once. Four months in and I am starting to get concerned. Hoping for improvement soon.

  I bought a house 3 years ago and working with the staff of Owners Choice Funding was great. It was my first house and they made the process smooth for me and was very prompt. I am now trying to move on since my family got bigger. This time around things were not so smooth; I have been waiting for a month for a response. I keep calling but all I hear is that someone will take care of it. I don't know if its timing due to Covid or they are just busy and can't get to me. I really don't know. Due to the great service I got the first time around, I would recommend them.

  I had the most pleasant experience with refinancing my house. I worked with Christine Shriver and she made me feel like I was her number one priority. She helped me through every step of the process in a moments notice. The whole staff was a pleasure to work with and very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish.   I have used Owner's Choice for my last two home purchases and had wonderful experiences both times. If you're looking for a mortgage company, I highly recommend them. Professional, timely, responsive, knowledgeable, etc. are only a few of the words I'd use to describe them.

  Outstanding! I worked with Pauline, Christine and others. It was easy. Probably the easiest and quickest mortgage refi I ever have done. If I had a problem my calls where answered quickly and professionally. The technology online made it so much better than the past.
