  If you’re self-employed like I am you know first-hand how difficult it can be to get a mortgage, let alone a mortgage with a 6-figure down payment coming from Bitcoin. When it came time to cashing a bunch of it out to purchase a rental property in Buffalo NY last April, Paul and his team worked tirelessly to make the deal go through. Thanks to Paul not only did I get a great interest rate but he and his team had the resources, relationships and deep experience to pull off a loan package that other banks just wouldn’t touch. Stop wasting your time with other entry level brokers who are just going to let you down and get Paul and his team in your corner. You might just end up using him for all your properties from here on out like I do.

  My experience with Paul Banas as a landlord for 4 1/2 yrs has been a horrible experience. I have found him to be highly unprofessional, rude, demeaning and threatening. He has violated many of my rights as a tenant. I currently have written a formal complaint with the attorney general regarding these matters.
