  My Loan Officer Mrs. Johnson is incredibly good at her job! She is extremely kind, very knowledgeable and efficient. She saved me so much time and money, I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Anyone looking to refinance a vehicle loan, she is without question the right person to contact and inquire with as to whether it is best. I have never had a bad experience with O.C.C.U. I look forward to doing business with them now and especially well into the future!

  Great customer service and everyone seems to smile. Had a hard credit check done by the credit union and I am calling to find out why. That is my only worry about OCCU.

  Big shout out to Stephanie who refused to let me speak to her manager, was dishonest, rude and insisted upon yelling at me even though she was clearly in the wrong. Hopefully this lack of customer service isn't the norm but I certainly won't be doing business here.

  Excellent local credit union. Saves us from the gouging of banks and supports our community. Friendly staff. Just wish they had a real mobile app that does more than allow us balance inquiries. I need to be able to deposit on mobile.

  While I had a great experience I witnessed a horrible act of racism and racial profiling by teller kylee(or Kaylee I can’t quite remember the name exactly). However I did call the manager and make a formal complaint on behalf of the man whom this occurred to. And the manager was very nice about it. I just hope this is something that can be fixed!

  They can't use a phone or email especially when they put additional insurance on your vehicle i have had and still have insurance on it and charged me 750 bucks with out my ok to still my money
