  My family and I have had several dealings with not only Osseo Ford but also the Chevy side. This most recent transaction was with the Ford side. Most our interactions have been with Shawn Pederson and those transactions have been great. Today's transaction was with Spec Pederson and Les Vold, my wife and I were made to feel right at home with Spec and Les as we have been in the past with Shawn. The entire team on the Ford side is warm, welcoming, open, non-pushy and easy to talk with, the same can be said with the Chevy side. Today was our first time working with Spec and Les........ Neither missed a beat or step, My wife was impressed on how she and I were met, our questions answered, how easy it was take each vehicle for a test drive (we drove 3 different ones) and how we weren't pressured. Both Spec and Les were very knowledgeable on both the vehicle and the trailer. However picking a vehicle/trailer is the easy part, its once the deal is done and you need service that can often be more un-nerving. Well...... Osseo Ford Service and Nels Gunderson Chevy has the same First Class customer service built into their service departments. 100% First Class Dealer.   At all levels, everyone was very helpful & courteous in helping us find the vehicle with the options we wanted. This was our 2nd vehicle purchased from Osseo Ford. Our 1st experience was just as great - that's why we went there when we were looking for a new vehicle.

  Great Customer Service, easy and stress free, found the vehicle I really wanted promptly, everyone we met was extremely friendly and so welcoming even with our daughter who was with me. Thank you! This is our 2nd vehicle from them and we will be back! :-)

  Called multiple times to get a rough estimate on some work I needed done, never got a call back. Finally went down there and they had no techs in to talk with me and told me they would email me an estimate. Still have not received an estimate 2 weeks later.

  I told them what I was interested in and they came to my home brought me a vehicle to check out and offered to bring any others I might wish to look over. I happened to be stuck on the Ford Escape and after test driving I bought it. I feel they bent over backwards to accommodate me as I have never had to purchase a vehicle by myself, they were very helpful and it was just so nice not to have to run around a dealership looking for a car. I was very pleased. Would recommend them to others.

  I was looking for a certain truck. Looked long and hard. Found one here. It was a pre certified used truck. Paid premium price for it and gave me 30 day warranty. The 33 day I owned the trick found it had a cracked block and needed brakes and front wheel bearings.now the truck sits with blown motor. These guys are about the money not service or reputation.. would not recommend anyone buying from Nels Gunderson. All about the profits and not the consumer.. thank nels

  Our 2009 ford escape has been serviced at Osseo Ford since the day we purchased it.Very good service.We would not go anywhere else for service or tires but the original dealer.
