  I am not rating the bank but rating an employee. Cyndi Russell. She has always been so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend her enough! She should get a raise for how much she has gone above and beyond for me. Not only that but she answers all my questions to help me understand.

  I love my Credit Union! I just worked with Karen Coffey in the LaFollette office with the mortgage department and I am so happy with the level of service provided. 7 Title, 7 Insurance, and 7 Mortgage worked together and closed my loan in less than 30 days! Thank you ORNL FCU!

  Poor customer service. Might as well be one of the "BIG" Banks instead of a credit unit. This place is a joke. Also horrible rates. Edit: Unless you have a time machine don't see how you can change the past. I have had better luck at Y-12.

  Waited on drive threw from 820-840 to deposit a check they never opened it. Everyone just sat there watching me wait.

  I am a member, was charged atm fees , no other branch charge fees to members. Want do business with this branch.

  Hours listed on website are wrong. Lobby closes at 5:30 unlike all other ORNL's.
