  They charge $5.00 to use my debit card to pay my truck payment . I ask for a receipt, she says "Oh this is only online banking. We will email your receipt. " Well I'm still waiting on receipt. It's a shame hardworking people get charged a fee for paying a payment especially when I pay extra on the loan and am never late.I wish my payments were with another bank.

  Hey there, you can actually make payments fee-free online at ornlfcu.com. Just go to Log In/Pay at the top of the site and then go to "Make a Payment."   There are a couple of people there who provide very good service, Karen, but their manager has no idea what good customer service is. When Myra and Nick were managing that branch it was one of the finest financial institutions I've ever done business with but since this new manager has taken over, Daniel, the lack of leadership and his own customer service is less than acceptable. His Supervisor, Susie, is absolutely no better probably worse. Stay away from this branch. Go to the Madisonville branch or TVACU in Lenoir City has some very good customer service and Daniel will be glad to help send business their way.

  Excellent service. Fantastic low auto loan rates and can set up Health Savings Account here too. Best banking hours locally.

  Such a pleasure to have a branch closer to Sweetwat. The people are always a. A joy especially Angela Day. She greats with huge smile and sometimes a hug, i love going in there.

  Dont bothertryin to call...jump thru hoops an STILL cant talk to a person....press 1...press 7...press some more then get hung up on...im goin back to my old bank where i should've stayed!!!!
