  oh my goodness after being a satisfied client of OCU for almost a year i am absolutely floored at what they have done to me and my family! After asking them for over draft privileges and being told no due to not having a direct deposit, they approved it allowing over $600 to go through with 250$ in insufficient funds!! I called to fix the situation which was their fault, and was told i no longer could use my account and if my account wasn’t brought to a positive standing in 45 days ir would be written off and sent to check systems! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! JACKIE ESPECIALLY IS SOMETHING ELSE.

  I've have been banking with Orlando Federal Credit for 5+ years. There are many reasons I'm still a customer here, they offer a very affordable loans rate, low monthly fees, in my case no monthly fees because I have a loan and a credit card. Besides that, I love the customer service. Wanda at the Semoran location, always goes the extra mile to help me. I'm very pleased and satisfied with them.

  Love my credit union, received a fraud alert call regarding my debit card. I was able to deactivate the card and have a new one issued on the same day. Great customer service Thank you!!!.

  I lived in Orlando since 1989, and have been a member of OFCU since 2014. I wish i had been Banking with this Credit Union since I moved To Florida in 1989. Their Staff at the Semoran Branch has always been there with me in Good and bad times. Immediate, professional & caring response without loosing the family touch. Thank You Orlando Federal!

  I just recently applied for a car loan and had the most professional and helpful experience you can ask for from a bank. I was helped by Wanda Fontañez. Not only was she very helpful but she even got me approved for a personal loan to consolidate all my debt. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism from this credit union. If you need any kind of loan definitely the person to call. Wanda will help.

  Never again !!! Bad experience with that branch some of the people works there they have no clue what they are talking about I have over 800 credit score & I got declined when I was trying to refinance my van back in July !!!!! But wanda I think that’s her name did a great job & got me going & finished the deal ! I don’t recommend anyone at that branch but wanda .

  Orlando credit union is my work place plus my financial institution we offer the best rates in town. I'm at Semoran branch if anyone need my help or any advice on loans.

  I’ve been into this Credit Union 3 times within a month and a half. I’ve had the pleasure of talking with one of the tellers named Christine. Very nice lady to talk to. A true asset to your branch.

  The staff are amazing, however, it stop becoming a shared branch which affects how I usually process my transactions. Now I have to travel a very far distance just to deposit money or take out money from a different branch. Overall great.
