  Very good customer service, but the online banking app could use some work. A great place for those looking to open a bank account for the first time. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful, especially Portia! Keep up the good work, Orion.

  I am genuinely disappointed with this credit union . Because of a delay in processing my loan caused by the Camper world. My loan was a month behind. I didn't find this out until almost a year later. when Orion finally noticed this themselves. They hit me up for full payment right before Christmas which I could not do and then dinged my credit report. I was penalized even though the delay in processing my loan was beyond my control. I find this credit union difficult to deal with. They act more like a bank than a credit union. I am a member of three other credit unions that are much easier to work with. I have to deal with Orion but I do not recommend them! I find this credit union arrogant and capricious in the way they treat their customers!

  They have great rates, but horrible customer service. I started my loan process in November and still has not been finalized. I decided to stop trying with them and will find somewhere else to refinance. When I first attempted we got an email back saying to contact someone else with no contact information for that person. I had to search their website for that person's contact information. That person had to go back and forth via email over 20 times with me to be able to tell me what all I needed to submit for loan processing. It is currently April 4th and I have not heard from that point of contact since March 14th. I have even emailed twice with no response. Essentially they have good rates, but awful customer service. I'd rather pay 0.5-1% more elsewhere just for better customer service. It truly was an awful experience.

  Horribly slow inside and outside the branch (drive through). The tellers try to be helpful and nice, but if you need to speak with an account specialist, you're not going to get the most friendly reception. You would think since someone has to take the time to come in to discuss a matter that they would be more accommodating or at least polite, but no, not at this branch. I agree with the other posts, White Station location is better. This is last resort.

  Hello My Name is Michael Stage. On the week of October 24, 2015 I contacted Katrina in your call center and spoke to her about a car loan for a 2005 Corvette. I stated to her that I could get a loan from my personal bank but that I needed this loan for 60 months and could not get that much time from my personal bank. She had stated that she could do 60 or 72 months on this car loan. I said I had to have 60 months to get a lower payment I could not afford the 48 month payment. She stated NO PROBLEM!. We can put this loan in at 60 months..I even asked about 66 months. Once again she stated NO PROBLEM! I proceeded with the phone application. I made sure she knew I had to have this loan for 60 months due to the payment. We also discussed interest rates. I gave her the approval to run my credit for a 60 month loan. The loan was approved. We spoke the morning of Wednesday October 28, 2015..with her stating the max loan was 48 months due to the year of the vehicle. My credit has taken a hard hit on the credit application. I had misleading information on the front end by an incompetent loan officer. I am considering legal action. I asked today to have a manager call me and I all day with only a call from a CSR.. This is a very misleading organization with incompetent employees.

  Very poorly customer services and they don't honor there products. Do not bank with this bank "WARNING". This is our hard earn money and this bank will play with your money with all type of fees. When you alert them about the fees there nothing the bank can do you just stuck with those charges.

  If you are looking for a new bank, pass on this one. They take forever to process transactions, it's a guessing game. They'll post transactions you've made throughout the week all at once, making it difficult to keep up with in your budget. They never pay attention to their ATMs, either.

  A wonderful credit union. The customer service is second to none. Just can’t figure out how they are closed on “Black Friday”.

  My boyfriend been banking with them something happen to his account they been telling him told him hold for about 6 months now he cannot touch his money or anything
