  There customer service is absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help. They don’t go through their contracts with you. And they had me return to resign paper work twice because they messed up. Their employees are rude. They are unprofessional. And doing business with them was a huge mistake. Stay far away from them!

  My experience with oracle finance is completely horrible. I got a car from them in 2018 and have made on time payments for the last two and a half years. Due to the pandemic we all are struggling right now due to lack of jobs. My job never re-opened so I took another job that didnt even amount to half of the money I was making before. I still try to make payments when I can weekly or every two weeks if that is the case even if that means not being able to get through the week for me and my toddler. Does this matter to them ? No it does not. I was told if I couldnt afford the car to bring it back or they will take it. The assistant manager Morgan I believe her name is , is completely disrespectful and has no sense of good customer service. I have worked in customer service for almost ten years and what she exhibits is not it. There is no compassion, no assistance, just pure rudeness. This place does not even have a headquarters. Who owns this place seriously? where are the supervisors? they are scammers and all they care about is the money. Apparently someone has a lawsuit against them and I hope it sticks. I would NEVER do business with them again. A waste of time and a waste of money. You get zero stars from me !!!

  I've never had a issue with oracle finance. Been dealing with them since March of 2019 very nice people. I've been dealing with Lauren since the pandemic started and she has been awesome will buy another car from these people as long as I can find the car I want.

  IF I could put NO STAR, I certainly would!!! DO NOT buy from Shantok Motors and get Financing from Oracle Finance. One of the representatives by the name of Morgan D. is THE MOST unprofessional individual you will ever come in contact with. After personal hardships during these times, I would communicate and ask for relief because they are the ONLY ones not offering any during this pandemic. She blatantly disrespected me over the phone and tried to tell me what my life situation was. She raised her voice at me and also to top it off hung up on me as well. I’ve been in customer service over a decade now and I know THAT behavior is not ok. I was told I had to pay off the rest of my loan in order to retrieve it and then was told a different story. These people don’t know what they’re doing never the less know how to treat people. I’d suggest taking time to build your credit and going to name brand places because they will not do what this place does to people.

  Just want every one to know what they’re getting themselves into when dealing with these people. They prey upon folks desperate for a car and bad credit. My girlfriend lost her previous car and needed a new car to continue working so long behold these people approved her, but she got approved for a car worth $5,500, priced at $13,5000 with a 19% interest rate, bringing the total cost of the car to $19,000. They want weekly payments and after being late (and calling ahead to let them know she was going to be late on a payment) they repossessed her car. Don’t deal with these people. They are sharks and they’ll rob you for everything you’ve got!

  I've had them since January 2019 and boy, if you're trying to stay stress free do not, and I repeat DO NOT use this loan company or get any cars from dealers that use this loan company. They are so strict and won't work with you even if all your payments have been on time. Dyna has an holier than thou personality, so have fun on the phone with her attitude. NEVER FORGET TO MAKE A PAYMENT!! ESPECIALLY ON A HOLIDAY!! THEY DO NOT CARE! Be perfect if you wanna use this...but the text to pay doesn't even work all the time so perfection isn't key...sorry

  My issue came once I paid off my loan. I paid the car off fully. 13 days later they took out another automatic car payment. I was told sorry we already got the money nothing we can do. Then to top it off they pulled all my on time payments and paid off from car off my credit report. Just shows as closed now.

  One of the women who works in the office is seriously the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. She should be fired for the way she speaks to people and her inability to even speak over the phone in a professional manner. Looks like I'm not the only person who has had a problem. I will be taking the time to talk to corporate or management and make a formal complaint. Coming from someone who works in customer service she needs a new job as she is obviously incompetent and miserable.
