  Opened an account two years ago. I log into my account online every three months or so just to check up on things. Without fail, I have been charged a $5 “undeliverable statement fee” each month because they can’t find my mailing address on file. I’ve called repeatedly to try and resolve this issue and each time I am told the issue has been fixed. Surprise! Logged into my account today, and after two long years I am still being charged this fee. I am at a complete and total loss as to why something with such a straight forward solution continues to occur. I’ll be going into the bank tomorrow to close my accounts.

  I take my aunt there on a regular basis. Those ladies know who she is and are always so nice.They all know exactly what her needs are and are so helpful and patient with her. I definitely recommend this bank!

  I have been working with this bank branch for the past three years. They have always treated me very kindly and been helpful. Today I came in the branch and asked for some Small bills to be exchanged into larger bills. At other banks I’ve had to go through a lot of measures just to be able to do such a thing and today at this branch they were happy to help me without verifying that I was their customer even though none of them recognized me. I really appreciate their helpfulness even for a small little thing I asked for.

  I do my business banking through Opportunity and have been extremely happy with the services they provide. The lobby staff is always welcoming and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait, and if I do, it is brief! (Oak branch) I always receive quick responses to any and all inquiries via phone call or email. They have worked closely with me over the years on various business transactions which is exactly what I was looking for in a local bank. Thank you to the team of professionals at Opportunity Bank!

  Had a account with this bank during covid i had finacial trouble lost my job and went into the negative,told them comunicated with them,and instead of just holding the account till i could get it caught up again they charged me late over 500 dollars in late fees were i couldnt ever get caught up ,and sent me to collections! They say they want to help people no they do not !

  Whatever you do, don't apply for a mortgage here. They don't care about their customers. Our buyers used them, and they didn't even start processing the loan application until the day the closing disclosure was due, thereby ensuring our escrow wouldn't close on time, which delayed escrow closing on the house we were buying, and three work crews we had hired to start work on our house had to rearrange their busy work schedules to accommodate the delay. Opportunity Bank screwed us all over. We used GoPrime, and they had everything done ahead of schedule and made it easy on us.

  Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From being in a leadership roll myself, I can tell you this Particular location needs some serious changes. The staff is very rude and inconsistent in the way they handle business. I would not recommend.

  The purposeful miss-pronouncing of my name and a lightly veiled insult of me will keep me from ever returning there. I had been a customer since 1988.

  They wouldn't do a small change order ($40) simply because I didn't have an account there. I didn't realize that was that big of deal.
