  I do not bank with Opportunity, however I did use them for my mortgage. Mike Banks is phenomenal to work with. Quickly responds, kept me informed, and worked diligently to ensure we got the best rate, and the best loan possible. He answered every question I had, he would even give me an idea of an answer if it wasn’t really in his field. I cannot give him enough stars. I will be using him in the future and recommending him every chance I get!

  A customer of mine needed an immediate notary. My manager recommended Opportunity Bank so I made a quick call. Half an hour later it was signed and done. It was a great experience! The notary was very accommodating and helpful and sweet. I couldn't be more pleased. I really felt like she wanted to be a service to me and my customer and wasn't there to do anything but help us. I'd recommend them to anyone, and if I ever find myself needed a new bank, I'll be calling Opportunity Bank! Thank you so much.

  Heres the reasons for zero stars if I could . Plus I would NOT recommend them to anyone. One reason opportunity bank will pay your homeowners insurance 1 day before it is due and they had it in there hands for 45 to 60 days before they paid it ,thats more money for them and not you . Two, you cant pay extra on escrow , so you might end up short on taxes twice a year again that helps them and not you .Third, I was given a high interest rate to start out on the loan and tried to refinance with them at there suggestion 1 year later and I was denied ,guess that's more money for them and not you! I have a 715 credit score and there interest rate was high at 4.25 Guess what I went elsewhere and have a 2.5 interest rate and a Lower payment and I can pay extra on escrow and taxes. So do your research before you sign a 10,15,30 year mortgage with Oportunity bank.

  I have worked with Mason on two home loans now. He is amazing at what he does, and got me through the mortgage process against some tight odds! I will definitely be back to Opportunity to see Mason for home loans 3, 4, 5 and on and on forever!
