  The customer service representative hung up on me! If you can't get a manager on the phone to answer my questions you decide hanging up on a paying customer is the right course of action? No way. Train your staff better.

  This is my second time going to oporton in Yuba city ca . Both times I was very pleased.Dayana Castillo helped me both times. She is very polite,caring, and explained all the steps to me. They need more customer service like her. She answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy with her services.

  Heard how easy it is to apply, went in and got approved. Did not have any credit at the time and now I do, thanks to Oportun for approving me. The service is easy and fast, especially with the automatic payments. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to start building their credit or anyone who needs money ASAP

  Here at oportun they've helped me get a loan out when everyone else turned me down. I'm on my second loan going on to my third loan. It's fast and easy to apply. Just come see Juan in Yuba City inside of La Superior store and he will be glad to help you start your application. I'm very satisfied with oportun. Thank you Juan and the rest of the staff, you guy's are awesome. 👍🖐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Oportun is the first institution that I have gone through for a loan.  I came into the business around 5PM ( it was busy) and I was given an agent named Dayana Morando .  Dayana made the experience very relaxed and never once applied pressure. I feel more than comfortable with this office's team at the helm. My payments are reasonable and the amount I was approved for was just what my family needed. I will continue to do business with them in the future and highly recommend this office to anyone in the Yuba - Sutter area! P.S if you want an easy stress free visit please ask for Dayana Morando at Oportun!
