  Was told i couldnt get pre approved online and needed my phone with me in person because I had to download apps and connect my bank to their service. Ok but when I went in with my phone i didn't have to download anything because now i didn't qualify for a loan. Ok but that was pointless having to go get my phone when I didn't download anything or need it after. Over all this place was a waste of time.
