Nathan Cole was excellent to deal with. Walked me through the process. My payment is 25 percent less and I'm saving over $3000.00 . Excellent car loan company to deal with. 5 stars all the way.

Roadlending is one of the best refinance company one can count on. The workers are very professional and responsive in answering any questions concerning your refinance. They are always in touch with me during refinance process and very professional in every step. Thank you Roadlending.

I'm on the fence, The first person I spoke with was really nice . Then I was transferred to someone else. Not sure if I'm going to go the process or not. This isn't my first rodeo . They didn't seem to eager to help a disabled veteran. It's all good, I tossed the dice and seen what they could offer me. A little savings but not sure if its worth the hassle.

My experience with Open Road Lending was Great, at first I didn't believe like many that I would save so much for the year but I did! My payments are much lower, and the application process was less than a week! the representative I had stayed on top of everything, and answered all my calls, yes i would recommend Open Road Lending!

Terrible service. Requested majority of document to go through multiple "verification" steps before moving to the next one. There was even a request for my HR to call to verify my employment and pay, after sending all requested documents. Rather then providing me with all neccessary requirements, a cover letter was provided that proved to inefficient since the representative was contacting me double checking/verifying every piece of document along the 30days before my offer elapsed. Avoid OpenRoad Lending if you value yout time.

Great experience, very professional, very fast in getting the refinancing done. Larry was great always texting me about what was going to happen next. Always letting me know when my documents were received, always did what he said he would do to get it done. Greatly appreciated to the work he did for me. I will definitely let friends and family know about open road lending. Thanks again.

My experience was great. I had received several mailers and finally replied to one of them. When i got my car loan a year and a half ago, my credit sucked and I only qualified through a predatory loan agency that charged me 28% apr! After a year and a half of on time payments at that outrageous rate, Open Road managed to find a loan at 12% for me. Not spectacular. But way way better than what I had. I'm saving a ton of money on monthly payments and interest rate. I found the reps at OpenRoad to be very helpful, professional and friendly. The application process was pretty easy and straight forward, and my final APR of 12% was pretty close to the 10% they had estimated prior to a detailed credit/income check. My bank that I've been with for years wouldn't even refinance me! Overall, OpenRoad gets an A+ in my book!

Bait and switch... Mailer has an incredible interest rate and much lower monthly payments. I know mailer rates are "estimates" as I read the small print on them. Here's how my encounter went: Current Int Rate 8% (Mailer estimated new rate 3.99%) Current Monthly Payment $525 (Mailer est payment $394) Mailer boasts of an almost $1600 yearly savings. After less than 5 min on the phone with a rep once I got my refinance approval email I realized what they do. They were offering 7.99% interest and $442/mo ($83 dollars lower that current payment) but there is no savings. I have 44 mos left on current loan with a balance of $24,455. Open Road wanted me to refinance for 72 mos for a total of $31,824. It would be like I threw away a years worth of payments and started from scratch. That's slightly more than the original sale price I paid. It's my fault though because I almost always put mailers in the trash straight from the mailbox. Should've done it for this one too. If you don't mind way overpaying in the long run just to save a few bucks a month in monthly payments, this company is just for you.

      Response from the owner

Randy - thank you for sharing your comments. Let me start by saying the 72 month term is up to you. We can do the loan at whatever term you want but were showing the lowest possible payment option. It states in the letter there are other factors that determine your final rate such as collateral (ie: loan to value - what you owe versus what the vehicle is actually worth). In your case, you owe substantially more than the vehicle is worth and because of that, your rate was adjusted to offset that additional risk. I am sorry in your case it didn't work out but we have helped tens of thousands of customers save a lot of money by refinancing their vehicle. I hate you were not one of those.

I was able to refinance my car loan which will save me about $10,000. It was a pretty easy process, I gave them the documentation they required and the loan was closed inside of a week. Very easy and efficient.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I applied to refinance my car loan, which I had taken out with Chrysler Capital knowing their rates were very high but got many thousands of dollars in incentives for it, with Open Road on the preface that their rates were as low as 1.9% per Nerd Wallet for those with excellent credit (my credit score is very high). I was denied stating accounts with current or previous past due balances. Alarmed, I immediately pulled my credit report to find, as expected, NOTHING past due now or previous. I immediately called the company and spoke to Trey who agreed something seemed off and would escalate to his manager for call back. No one called me back so I called again today and spoke with Dakota who advised similar. He did call me back and advised the reason for the denial was not due to past due accounts but because they have no lenders in my state that can beat my current interest rate, which is somewhere around 6%. I find this very hard to believe as I can walk into my local credit union and get well under 4%. Not only did Open Road cause me extreme alarm about the reason for denial (which is the first time in my life I have EVER been denied for anything) but they have wasted a hard hit on my credit which they refuse to remove. If Open Road can not offer customers with excellent credit better than a 6% ish interest rate they should not be doing business in my state. I would never recommend anyone wasting a hard hit on their credit with this company.
