      I owned a 3 year old home. Lost my job and my wife died in a car accident. I lost my home, savings. This is during the house fall, in 2011. On point is suing me for my equity loan because the house was not worth as much during the drop.

      Was with Portland Teachers Credit union since the 80s, and PTCU was the finest CU in the city. Not sure what went wrong with the credit union, but you can no longer get through on the phone, and you are now treated no different than Wells Fargo or US Bank treats you; Badly! We switched finally, and they need to know they stink! We refinanced and got our business started elsewhere, but its still stinky that we needed to change banks to get our business and home products that we needed- and Onpoint was too inept to function as a good and reliable bank. Real pity. it was so good once.
