  I love the feeling of removing my money from a for-profit bank and moving it to a non-profit bank. This bank gave my kids free $$$ for opening up their own accounts and on top of that they are super nice. Highly recommend.

  The customer service OnPoint south HWY 97 Bend is absolutely stellar. My account was victim to fraud while on vacation out of state, Heather, a Sr account officer handled the situation with ease and professionalism. She went above me beyond what was expected of her to make sure that I left their knowing my accounts are secure, and even took the time to explain ways to prevent it in the future. Excellent bench, excellent employee, and excellent experience considering the circumstances.

  My boyfriend has banked with OnPoint for several years now and has always been content. However, just recently we have been in a couple times to set up a new business account and we've been really happy with our experience. The new business checking account is exactly what we needed, the staff is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The employees help each other out in general it's just a good vibe. We happened to work with the same women both times and she was fabulous! Not sure if I'm allowed to mention names on here! If you are looking for a new bank or a second definitely give OnPoint a look!!

  We have been with big banks for over 25 years. Decided to apply for an RV loan through OnPoint because their rates were so great. Our experience was so good, we chose to move our money from Chase to OnPoint, opened up an RV loan, got credit cards and opened up checking and savings accounts. We can't say enough good things about Michelle Loftsgard and her team. Run, don't walk, to OnPoint, and talk to Michelle about your banking needs!

  Amazing people to work with, I have multiple personal and business accounts with them. They make wire transfers, deposits and banking easy! Sitting with Akacia Ritmiller right now, she’s rad AF!

  This bank has poor employees. They hold your card or money for only cashing checks. Do not endorse they dont have a clue what they are doing. Switch banks. Ps Akacia Ritmiller is not good for business and needs to grow up
