  This is my 2nd loan with OneMain. Just like the first loan, they were fair, fast and efficient. It took just a few minutes to apply online and I was given multiple loan options to choose from. I was approved the same day and $11.5k was in my bank account by the time I got home from signing the papers at their office. I've never had a problem with them. They've always treated me with kindness and respect. I look forward doing business with them in the future.

  Getting the loan was easy other than a little issue with their computer system, however, when they took a payment out a month earlier than expected they have taken their sweet time in returning the funds. I am on day 5 without my funds returned. Supposedly the check is in the mail after I was told it would be direct deposited back. Had to cancel plans with my son since I don't know when the money will be received back.

  Thomas was able to get me a loan to consolidate my debts. Process was easy. He walked me through it and made sure I understood. Thanks for a job well done.

  They have a black man working there named bernard. He is extremely rude and condescending towards me every time he calls me. He needs some customer service classes as does his boss Jason who has no phone skills. Jason is the "loan bro". There used to be a girl named Jamie that worked there that was sweet and polite . I wish they'd bring her back.

  Thomas is very professional, great experience overall. Quick and easy. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend people to get a loan here.
