  My One Main office is in Lafayette, La. My agent is Casey. She was great and very informative. She was always so patient with me to get information to her. I am not the smartest smart phone user and she guided me when I needed. The process was easy peasy. I am so thankful for this opportunity One Main has given me to get back on track.   We were looking to borrow 5k. We have been great customers for years and had great service but this time was the worst. So the employee that handled our loan which took 2 days by the way and I had to keep calling to check on the status. She calls me today after I had to call again and said we were approved for $5084 which was great and she also gave us the add on on to our monthly note. She asked if I had checkstubs, I told her I had 2 being I started a new job. One was for 1week and the other was full, she said that's fine to just bring the full one. Well when I get there I had to pull my stub up online then she says I need the other one. I told her I thought you didn't need it but it was no problem to pull it up so I did. Then we sat in there for over an hour almost 2 just for her to say it didn't go through. Now this was to cover insurance work for our roof. So my question is how could she tell us we are approved, tell us us the loan amount and what the monthly add on would be then say it did not go through? We think she screwed up from the beginning. So at first we were like finally a little Good luck with everything that's going wrong with our roof issues and insurance but NOPE this lady screwed up the day. She should no have given us any kind of positive answer before knowing the outcome for sure. So when we are ready to get a loan we will go to that other place. What's the name of it? Oh yes ADVANCIAL.

  I've been a customer for a while. Not only did I try to get a loan the other day and was approved, I never received a call back. Even when I was told I would be called back, I never received my loan and had to use another loan company. Very unprofessional and childish. Why asks me to borrow money then not call back. Even 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive an apology or even a phone call saying something. Then about a year ago, I trusted yall to hold my car title to renew a loan as colleratal and when I asked for my title back, I was told it was lost and i would have to pay for a copy. Very pathetic that I had the original copy safe at home and was supposed to be able to trust yall with the title to my car and I cant even do that. Very unsatisfied and yall still use my married name and I've been divorced for almost 3 years now. Will never use yall again. Very upsetting. Cant wait to see yall in a few days and pay yall off and be done with yall for good. I've been a great loyal customer and I do not deserve this kind of treatment. Yall were better before yall became OneMain. Just saying. Sorry for the bad review but I have held my tongue long enough. Very rude people. And very judgemental. Uncomfortable atmosphere when you visit their office in Lafayette, LA. Very disappointed customer....

  Can't speak for all the staff but the ones i interacted with were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have no respect for social distancing or common courtesy. What a bad experience.

  Cameron was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. It was very convenient considering my busy schedule.

  Very rude! The lady basically said application declined and hung up the phone. We got a loan with a MUCH better company!
