  We live in Hawaii where “Aloha” is very common among the locales here...so when dealing with a financial company that is based from the mainland with local personnel it’s a stress less experience and u don’t feel like u are inadequate in taking care of your finances. We were made comfortable from the beginning and right through the closing of our loan. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t get the total amount that we wanted but everything worked out. Kaneohe branch were aeesone🤙👍

  The loan interest is expensive, but the staff were wonderful and fast. I had a little hiccup with a data entry problem, so the loan had to be submitted twice, but over all, I am grateful for the speed and service.
