  I’m Not sure who I spoke with, but she wasn’t friendly at all. Also, the phone disconnected, and ask me did she bother calling back? No. I called back twice and no one answered. The location I’m referring to is the Summer Location.

  The people at the One Main on Summer Avenue are the most friendly I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They got me in and out in no time at all. They explained my loan completely and answered any questions I had. I will be seeing them again in the future.

  Ms. Susan at the Summer Avenue Branch, is the friendliest smiling person in this office, every time you contact her or need information, she is my "go to" and she's sure to get it done! Thank you Ms. Susan.

  Shelly. Karen whatever her name is at the summer location.white lady with a big mole. Called me and said I can pay on the 20th. I get here they are closed. Now late fees..terrible.
