  Horrible customer service skills by Gloria (the manager). I have been dealing with Onemain Finance Company for a long time and I had never experience this lack of human connection. This manager should take some lessons from the real staff that makes this location succeed. Gloria has impolite interaction and poor communication channels with the people that make this location exist and treats customers as if she was doing us a favor. I guess she doesn't realize that it's us (the customers) that make it possible for her to be there. Once I finish paying my loan off, I will not be going there anymore.

  Paul has helped me with two loans . I’m super thankful for him he goes out of his way to make sure your approved for a loan . Explains the terms of the loan very well he makes it a fast and easy process . Makes you feel comfortable threw out the whole process he is super nice and very professional. I’ve spoken to Paul and Gloria and both are awesome !!

  We should have read the reviews prior to stepping into this office! I would give them a rating of “0”stars if that was an option! Their customer service is very poor. The manager, Gloria, practically called us liars. We gave her information that later she denied we told her. She is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I would definitely go to another location. Por favor no vayan a este lugar. La manejadora es muy condescendiente! Servicio al cliente es muy pobre.

  I will not shame anyone...but the customer service is to be desired. When I called the office for information I felt like I was interrupting her. Was not greeted properly. When asked for my infomation she was in a hurry wouldn't explain why she needed it said she would call back...didn't till the following day with no apologies and no greeting. How sad.

  Applied online for alone and was approved. The next 3 mornings a lady named Monica called me to get more information. Problem is I work nights in the oilfield and I was asleep when she called. On the 3rd afternoon I was able to call her back. For the past 3 days I've been getting the run around, she's on the other line she's where the customer or she's out of office. She will not call me back. To me it's rude and very unprofessional. At least send a email and say that you don't want my business.

  The workers are soooo rude. Grant it i wasn’t approved. Thank God. Because I was approved with another agency. But that doesn’t even matter. One worker by the name of Sylvia answered the call yesterday and says “What do you want ma’am I didn’t call you?” I said I didn’t ask for you they transferred me because they said you’re the one working on my application. Then today they called me and left a message asking for me to call back. So I did and Gloria answers and asks my info. Then says what can I do for you we couldn’t do it because of the report. I said I didn’t know that’s why I’m calling because I had a missed call. They were also rude to my mom for no reason!! Y’all need to work on your customer service skills!!

  Made an application online and was preapproved for $10,000 when I only requested $3500. They contacted me immediately on the phone to attempt to finish my application and then requested proof of income. I offered multiple forms of proof of income only to be told that they cannot accept any proof of income besides paycheck stubs even though I am self-employed. I told them multiple times that I have my 1099 income tax and they kept giving me attitude saying things like "so you don't have it? You don't have proof of income?" Terrible customer service with horrible rates! I could have paid off the entire loan by the 20th of the month but instead I wasted hours of my time dealing with their terrible employees. Their customer service center is good but has no control once you start dealing with the local branch. Only reason for my application was to pay off a tv purchase I made which was about to accrue deferred interest but at this rate Id rather pay off the interest to Best Buy and not deal with this horrible company ever again.

  Went to make a payment by 5:40pm and on the door it reads they close at 7pm. When I went in and asked if I could make the payment the lady said they were already closing their books and wouldn't accept my payment. So why have those hours posted if you are unable to assist the customer. How am I suppose to recommend someone to your business when the customer does not come first .

  I called them to get a personal loan and they setup an appointment for me to go to the physical location so they can begin working on it. They did not tell me that I had to bring anything, and upon getting there they told me I needed tax returns, my SS Card and some other information. I ran back home and grabbed all the information and went back to the store and they said they were not going to be able to complete the loan. The girls working here were very rude and condescending to me as a customer and I would not refer this company. I decided to go with TFCU, who approved me and got me funds the SAME DAY! OneMain Financial is horrible and I will never deal with them ever again.

  Fast and easy approvals!! Silvia N Gonzalez is very professional and explains everything in great detail. Will definitely do business again with OneMain Financial again!!!
