  After getting my loan from this place, they asked if I wanted to do auto pay. I told them NO I do not want to do auto pay. I don’t like the idea that someone has the control over when they get their payment. They even took the money early and put me in the negative. I also received over draft fees for going into the negative. If it hadn’t been for them stealing my money I wouldn’t be in this position. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

  Chandler and Chris were absolutely wonderful to deal with! They were both very professional and personal at the same time! The process was very simple! If you’re in need of some quick cash for vacation or for bill catch up, then this is the place to go!

  They are horrible!!! The women that work in this office are so rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service skills what so ever! They are unorganized. When you call about the status of your loan they have to go through so many channels to tell you any information. My experience with this branch was dreadful! The only reason why I gave them one star is to write the review. Go to the Ofallon office at your own risk!

  The customer service here is superb! When I needed a loan they were there. That loan was the thing I needed in order to purchase my home. I will forever be grateful to Tori and the team!
