  It took over a week to get approved. And I could NEVER get anyone to call me back. But I did get approved, so you guys were a lifesaver. The lady I dealt with was pretty patient. By the time I got approved, I was within hours of needing the money. She made it happen. I was late and perturbed about your stupid mask policy. She handled it professionally. So, overall, I’m happy. One problem tho; to save time, I told her I’d print my own documents. She sent the link to my email. But it requires a password I was never given. So I can’t get them.

  The Branch Manager, Danette is very rude and very unprofessional. I will be switching my account to a different branch. Do not go to this location!! I wouldn't leave a star if that was possible.

  So far I spoke with the branch manager and she is working on my app. I will update soon, thanks for correcting the mistakes and accepting my apology. Update!!!! my loan was processed and the branch manager Danetta came through for me, the next day the money was there. Thank you so much 💓, get your loans here.   Nice!!!! Had the best local representative that walked me through my application process over the phone and explained everything with ease and got me approved and my loan was available the next morning when I got up it was in my bank account!!! Thank you so much for your assistance Danette!!! Looking forward to doing business in the future!!

  The lady answering the phones is very rude and unprofessional. We called about information, where she basically just said “you do your app, I turn it in and we wait”. We were asking specifics. She is snappy, and even hung up in our faces. This is terrible customer service, and if you do not enjoy your job; maybe try finding a new one. Just a suggestion.

  They send me a unsolicited pre-approval letter for more than i applied for as I would never borrow more than i could afford to pay back and then denied the loan after pulling my credit again causing another hard inquiry and putting a dent in the credit i have been working hard to bring up. I will advise anyone I know and care about to avoid doing business with these shady people. They clearly are not out to help anyone.

  I paid off my balance early. And I needed a payoff letter. They were extremely rude, and very uncooperative. If I had better credit, I would never have used them. Especially at 24% interest.

  Deborah was absolutely wonderful in assisting me with a second loan! She made the entire experience easy and fast! I totally recommend One Main Financial for a first time loan!

  After being pre approved and providing all the related forms needed I was denied without any negations needed to complete a true analysis of the situation which would of shown the ability to pay the loan back. The loan would of saved my monthly bills of over $500 payout a month which would of made paying the payment of $130 very secure. I found there was no communication on what options were or how we could work together in any direction of this other than a denial. For a company who is to help people get out of debt and aid in the stabilization of families this is more of a pick and choose issue while others who are in the similar position are qualified. This of course has been my experience and opinion and I suggest to those who understand the value of how the load can be secured and then still denied that it may be best to go to another Main One Location other than the Pocola, Ok. location. It may have or may not have a better result.

  Highly disappointed with them setting up required automated responses I use to simply call, talk to a real person and be done in 2-3 minutes and I'm no longer able to do that. Before I felt like I mattered as a customer to which now I dont and feel they'd like to pawn me of to a machine.
