Pay off amount sent on 17th but supposedly still not received. I think they are milking it to make money. Refuses to answer questions. The manager there now is horrible. She is rude and disrespectful. She refuses to answer account questions. She messed up the auto payment and fortunately i caught it before it double charged me and over drew my account. She gives out inaccurate information. I recently took out a loan elsewhere to payoff one main but it has been a week and supposedly they still haven’t credited my payment and refuses to answer why.
