  Kim was ready with our loan papers and did a very nice job informing us about what we needed to bring and even called to make sure we were coming at the set appointment time. We had originally wanted a direct deposit, but after all the paper work was finished, we changed our mind to asking for a check instead. She didn’t even hesitate to start the entire process over. She was very friendly, respectful, and professional.

  They approved me with a vehicle as collateral but when I drove over 30 miles I got there and they gave me more information about my collateral that had I'd known before hand would've saved everyone a hassle.

  Dependent on the type of loan, decisions are made based on a variety of factors including credit history, income, and expenses. Not all loans require collateral, but those that do also take into account the value of that collateral.
