  Shakila was absolutely amazing! She called me over the phone and told me my options and told me what I would need before I came in for my appointment. Apon my arrival I got seated immediately! she went over every aspect of loan options with and made sure that I understood everything! She also helped me with calling my auto loan place to see what would need to be done prior to coming in! I have Never had such wonderful customer service before until I came into OneMain financial! Thank you Shakila for all your help! You were truly amazing!!

  I worked with Jacob at the Evans St. location in Greenville NC and within 24 hours, the whole process was complete and I had money in my account within an hour of closing my loan. He was very prompt, friendly and accommodating.

  Kim was extremely helpful and nice. If I ever decided to try Onemain again, I would go through her. With that being said, my experience was less than stellar. After running my credit and telling me I was approved for a loan at a certain amount, I spent a few hours gathering the needed documents needed to process the app. Right before signing the paperwork, I was told there was a computer error and that I needed to sit tight for a few minutes. After 30 minutes or so, I was told that the loan approval amount would have to be cut almost in half due to a computer glitch and that they could not do the loan that we had already agreed upon. I do think it was an honest mistake, but it was still disappointing.

  The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. All I had to do was make a phone call, provide the necessary info and within the day I had an answer. We took care of everything via email and my next available day off I walked in completed my loan in a few minutes. I walked out a very satisfied customer. Thanks so much for your attention to details and a seamless experience.
