  Michelle Proctor was great, made the experience very easy and explained everything that I needed to know about the loan and the added features that were placed with the loan for my protection in the long run. My payments are manageable and the entire experience was smooth and professional at the same time. Thank you for being there and relieving some burden from my life.

  Michelle was friendly she made me feel like I was important. I was pre-approved for 4,000. I gave her the information and was pre-qualified for 2,200. She was easy to talk to. Next day Michelle was not there. When I brought in my documents as the final formality the guy that works there was not friendly, the staff was not friendly when I walked in. When he entered my documents, all of a sudden I do not "qualify" for anything at all?? If you are a single parent, do not go to this place very snooty and uppity. My perception is they did not want to to help me succeed or accommodate me. Do not go to this place.

  This company is terrible. I only wanted $3k loan and at first it was approved then they came back and said they wanted to give me $9k and pay off my car. I didnt want to do that but they refused to do the original 3,000 and I had already set up my surgery and needed the 3K for it. I hate myself for signing with them. My car would have been paid for in 10 months now its 36 months or more. They also put on my credit its a car loan. I am working on refinancing my car but I have lost almost $2,000 already. Please do not fall for this greedy company. I am looking into legal action as well.

  AWFUL.!!! NEVER DO AN INTERESTED BEARING LOAN! VERY LITTLE IS YOUR PAYMENT GOES TO PRINCIPAL! ONE MAIN HARASSES AND WILL NOT WORK WITH ADJUSTING PAYMENT AMOUNTS. EVEN AFTER I LOST MY JOB! LACY THREATENED ME WHEN I SAID I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE HER A CHECK OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT IT TO BOUNCE. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!!

  Took two weeks to get process done and when we went to sign paperwork they didn’t even have everything together. So unorganized.

  interest rate is very high 25% APR Don't use them ,unless you have very few options.
