  One Main Financial has been a tremendous help to my family and I. Anthony is amazing at what he does. He was able to get us a great car loan with a good interest rate and payments that will be paid off in a shorter period than we expected. Patrick and John are so helpful too. They make an exceptional team. I highly recommend One Main Financial for their remarkable customer service and loans.

  I got a loan from this location for my wedding. They could not be more helpful and professional. I will recommend One Main, specifically this location to everyone. Debbie was so kind to me today on the phone. She even remembered my mom from years ago when my mom took a loan out for me to attend catholic school. Meant a lot to me that she remembered. Amazing experience.

  Thank you John, Wonderful advice, and help all the way through my loan process. All done the same day. Customer service is a thing of the past in many places. Not at One Main Financial,. I felt very comfortable with going into the office and actually doing business with a n honest person. I would highly recommend.

  Since it’s gone under new management absolutely horrible customer service, rude, insulting, most unprofessional management I’ve ever had to deal with!!!! We absolutely loved dealing with prior management and would have continued business with the company if in fact they were still there and the staff itself was so kind and accommodating. The new management is absolutely horrible he is so nasty, I cannot express in words how disappointing it is to have someone like him know so many personal, important, private information about our personal life. We’ve only had to deal with 2 men 1 being manager and both being horrifying to deal with!!! Once again scary that he has access to our private info. He harasses us every month about payment which has NEVER been late. He sends a letter every month telling us we need to be on automatic withdraw which we were but they took a double payment out !!!!! So we stop it by paying our bills monthly once again NEVER late!! We have such a good relationship with the company that we are offered money regularly for loans for up to $30,000 I will not except their offers anymore as long as I have to deal with that office and that manager is there !! I can not stress how upsetting it is that I have contacted upper management and he called before I did and lied to them about a particular situation and they did nothing! Horrible horrible manager!!! Patrick you are a very unprofessional manager i would like you to stop harassing us every month! I will be sending every harassing letter to the corporate office every time you send one!!!! You are also the reason the company has not made any additional money off of us!

  What I like about one man they have always been there for me Very dependable But I did notice recently that they removed the Section where you could check on your pay off amount where you could view the payoff amount now you have to call in I would like to see that put back again.

  Terrible. My husband as a loan with them. They lied to him about several things. Their staff is terrible especially Stuart. He hangs up on people when they talk back to him. Just reported him to corporate and have to now get my lawyers involved! Stay away from them!

  The Rule of 78 is a financing method that allocates pre-calculated interest charges that favor the lender over the borrower on short-term loans. This financing practice is highly controversial and in 1992, was outlawed in the United States for loans longer than 61 months. Individual states have their own laws for loans shorter than 61 months and 17 states outlawed it completely. Based on my loan and what I have paid to date I should be $600 closer to my payoff if the loan was calculated with simple interest as the banks do. The total of the loan amount was $7600 and I have paid $4790 to date and still owe $4541 which means even if I paid it off today One Main has made $1700 in 8 months.

  When you are going through a hard time and miss one payment they want to harass you by calling you everyday and then begin to call your job daily, but when you have a question for them your supposed to get a call back "in a few hours" and never hear back. My husband finally called them and John wants to proceed to get an attitude. Your work for a loan company in a strip mall, your not some big shot!

  I had a friend tell me about this location so I called inquiring about a loan and i couldnt have been happier with the experience i recieved. I noticed some of the other reviews and wanted to make sure I didnt get anyone they mentioned poorly! I come to find out there is entirely new staff in this office! Based on how i was treated with just questions! I will def be going here!
